In this episode we're going to learn what is like to be a comedian, and entrepreneur, a trauma survivor and a mental health advocate trying to make a life for everyone a little more positive and bringing a smile and laughter along the way welcome to One More Thing Before You Go

My guest in this episode is Christyann better as C.A. Kanooble, she is an author, mental health advocate, comedian, and business owner with a proud history of HOE-manship. Hitting a major turning point in her life, she launched a mental health project titled "Mentally Kill" connecting with patients, advocates, doctors, and therapists from all over the world, but more importantly within herself. She has been a stand-up comedian for the last three years, and recently launched a podcast based on a book she wrote in her early 20's called the "Hoe Handbook." We're going to learn her journey how she got to where she is today and how she can help you.

Author and Comedian

My name is Christyann, but most know me better as C.A. Kanooble. I currently reside in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, the only city in America where back shots to gunshots is a love story. I'm an author, mental health advocate, comedian, and business owner with a proud history of HOE-manship. 2022 brought me to a major turning point in my life, and I launched a mental health project I have been working on for 6 months titled "Mentally Kill". Through this project I have made connections with patients, advocates, doctors and therapists from all over the world, but more importantly I made connections within myself. My journey to healing led me to complete and go public with my trauma narrative, and after over a decade of silence I have been using my newly discovered voice to encourage others to do the same. I have been a stand-up comedian for the last three years, and I recently launched my own podcast based on a book I wrote in my early 20's called the "Hoe Handbook". I teach my listeners and readers how to please and be pleasing through sexual and self empowerment as well as living intentionally to ensure a fully fulfilled life. Although I wear many hats, I still ensure I make time to be an inspiration and a menace to mankinnd..
