I was born and raised in Potomac, Maryland and moved to Los Angeles in my twenties. I am a trauma survivor from a very early age and my mission in life is to help others. My favorite thing is to make people laugh. I am a mommy to two little girls, happily married, and happiest when I’m at the beach. I decided to start my podcast to be transparent about suffering and being diagnosed with Complex PTSD stemming from childhood. My mission is to stop the stigma about people suffering with depression and mental illness. Every episode shares the story of other survivors and every podcast talks about spirituality and coming out the other side.
