My guest is Dr. Allen Steven Lycka, he is a leading cosmetic dermatologist and author who has been featured on numerous radio shows and podcasts. Dr. Lycka has also written several books, including his most recent book, "The Secrets to Living a Fantastic Life." His life collapsed when he suddenly developed a right foot drop in 2003. Soon after, his right arm became dysfunctional, and he was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease)and given six months to live. For years, he struggled with mental and physical obstacles and life questions when confronted with a life-altering near-death experience; Shock, denial, pain, guilt, anger, bargaining and depression... Still, he maintained his status as a leading cosmetic doctor for 30 years.
