In this episode were going to share the journey of a woman who overcame her struggle with suicidal thoughts and depression, lost her baby brother, her father, and her best friend. We learn that she is a trauma survivor from very early age, by being surrounded by death, abuse from her stepfather, and abandonment. She was diagnosed with Complex PTSD and she teachers us how she works through that in order to heal. My guest in this episode is Meghan Judge, a mother, a wife, and a podcast host who's favorite thing is to make people laugh. Her mission in life is to stop the stigma about people suffering with depression and mental illness. And she does that in every episode of her podcast where she shares the stories of other survivors, talks about spirituality and coming out the other side.  find out more about Meghan and her podcast at https://beforeyougopodcast.com
