Jenna (Juniper) Ghisolfo is a National Speaker, Housing Consultant, and Trainer based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a mission deeply rooted in lived experience. Having once relied on Section 8 housing herself to escape an abusive relationship and rebuild her life, Jenna knows firsthand the life-changing impact of safe, stable housing. Her journey through adversity and homelessness fuels her relentless passion for creating housing solutions that restore dignity and open doors for others.

As the founder and president of Housing Consultants of America, Jenna leads a national team dedicated to getting people off the streets and into secure, supportive housing—whether through Section 8, public housing, or other affordable programs. Her company partners with nonprofits, developers, and property management firms to implement sustainable services and housing strategies that transform communities.

Raised in a large Italian family, Jenna learned early on the value of stable housing, supportive family, and respect for others. Her early involvement in charities and nonprofits, combined with her etiquette training, laid the foundation for a career devoted to service, empowerment, and education.

With over 18 years of industry experience, Jenna has built a reputation as a premier expert in compliance and affordable housing. She has successfully bridged the gap between housing professionals and underserved populations, helping thousands access the resources they need to thrive. Her charismatic approach to etiquette and professional development training has empowered individuals across the country to build confidence and succeed in their careers.

Jenna is a graduate of DeVry University, a member of the National Speaker’s Association and the National Center for Housing Management, and holds more than a dozen affordable housing designations—earning her more abbreviations after her name than most doctors. Through operational consulting, staff training, marketing support, and leasing strategy, she continues to elevate the affordable housing industry with passion, purpose, and a personal touch.
