Speaker B

Thanks for having me. So nice to be here.

Speaker A

What a journey you've been on. It's like an incredible journey that you've been on. You came from where you have to where you're at today. I like to start at the beginning.Where'd you grow up?

Speaker B

Adelaide, South Australia, at the very bottom. The dry country, we call it. It hasn't rained here for like six months.

Speaker A

Sounds like Arizona.

Speaker B

California. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Beautiful, beautiful place to live. It's like a big country town, Adelaide. So it's quiet, it's lovely. Not much traffic.

Speaker A

Do you have brothers, sisters, siblings?

Speaker B

Yes, I have three, so I'm one of four. The most interesting thing about my childhood is that I am from a carnival family, so from both sides of my family. Both grandparents were slideshow operators, so they have rides and games and that's how my parents match. Voila.

Speaker A

That's very cool, actually. What a unique background. I think that we. Back in the old days, we always used to. Everybody especially. I'm a little older. You can see from the hair, the gray, right, the silver, you know, what'd you want to Be when you grow up. I want to run away with a circus.

Speaker B

Yeah, that's right.

Speaker A

It's kind of one of those things. Yeah, this works. Excuse me. Did you go to university, Jeff did. What would you want you to be when you grew up?

Speaker B

I did. I went to university and I studied visual art. That was the first thing I did. I was really into photography, so that's where I went. And I loved it.And but at that time, a lot of my work was based on the mind, body, connection. And because I was really passionate about meditation and the inner journey and like, spirituality. And so after I studied that, I went and found some sort of alternative therapy that I could get, sink my teeth into. And I just happened to find shiatsu, which is Japanese acupressure and traditional Chinese medicine. Yeah. And so that's how I discovered Reiki and energy. And I just loved it. I was blown away by this, you know, this big discovery that I could feel energy flowing.I was, I was like, ah, this confirms for me everything that I felt to be true about my life, you know?

Speaker A

Yeah, it's a wonderful feeling when we get to connect with that part of the energy source. It, I think to me, it's one of those things that once you get, and you'd get to touch it, you get to feel it, you get to understand how it helps us.It really opens the doors to our mind, our body and our soul connection. It allows us to kind of feel it to a point where we get a deeper connection to the universe as a whole. At least that's my philosophy.

Speaker B

Yeah, absolutely. And like, I grew up in a Catholic household and Catholic schools, and, you know, I never felt that connection, that deep connection to the universe, source, God. And so when I, you know, experienced that reiki energy for the first time, I was like, ah, this is, this is what they're talking about. But, you know, we'll never shown that experience where I wasn't.

Speaker A

Yeah, you know, it, I find a lot, I interview a lot.I don't, I mean, I won't say reformed Catholic, but I, I, I grew up Catholic as well, and I'm not a practicing Catholic because of the, some of the ideologies and things that are, that are within that.Once I became more of a spiritual individual and started connecting with a higher source, connecting with the universe and understanding that we are all connected. You can see my hand doing a big sweep. We're all connected, you know, together, and that we have the opportunity to reach into that and touch it and feel it, that it changed My life as well. It's one of those things. Your journey into healing is deeply personal. How did, how did you. How did that come about? Was it anxiety? Any depression? What led. What led you to that? Please.

Speaker B

So. Well, I. When I went to school, one of my close friends was. Had. Sorry, she was. Had a childhood illness called cystic fibrosis.I don't know if you've ever heard of that. And she was. And so back in the 80s and 90s, it was terminal. You know, you weren't going to live past 20 or 30 if you're lucky, right? So we grew up.So me and my friends, we grew up, like, knowing that this dear friend of ours was going to die soon, and we didn't know when. And so that just made me really curious and really passionate about, you know, spirituality and our role here in life.So I was often questioning the meaning of life at a really young age. And that, I think, is what has driven that. That need to find out more. To find out, you know, what. How we can heal ourselves. Not that we can, you know, touch. Totally heal everything in this life. Of course, we still need doctors and surgeons for things, right? But, you know, we do have a lot of power to help shift and move problems and face challenges in our lives. And I don't think that children and people are really taught about their own humanity properly, or their own, what, you know, their own power.

Speaker A

When you lost your. Your. Your friend, your schoolmate, did, did that. Did you recognize any kind of depression or anxiety before that within your environment? And what, what made you recognize that you had depression or anxiety and that you had a natural perspective in order to heal?

Speaker B

Yes. Okay, so that's all right. I was 23, and I had been studying shiatsu and traditional Chinese medicine and Reiki. And so I felt like I was really in this open place of feeling energy. And, you know, some people are naturally kinesthetic, so a naturally more touchy feeling people. And you might know that kind of person as an empath.Right. So that is, you know, who I am. And, and so when I.I was working in a corporate job and I was in a pretty crappy relationship, and so those signs and symptoms of anxiety really came up. And I didn't know what was happening to me. I'd never heard of anxiety before. And I was having, like, chest pain, panic attack. I was really nauseous.I was extremely fatigued. Like, I would get home from work and I would just need to have sleep. I was having gut cramps, brain fog. I just, you know, I was so confused.I didn't know what was going on. So I went to the GP and I thought I was having a heart attack, which is what most people with panic attacks and anxiety. It's the think. And then she diagnosed me with anxiety and she offered me, you know, medication, like antidepressants. And I said, no, that's fine. Now I know what it is. I just felt really empowered that I could go away and deal with it on my own. Now.That was because I was also, like, studying, you know, alternative therapy, and I. I was a meditator as well, and I was like, okay, I can. I can do this. I can sort this out now. I know what it is.

Speaker A

Yeah. I think that anxiety and depression is very. I don't know how it is in Australia or even in Europe compared to the United States. Here, it's almost taboo to mention. If you have anxiety or depression, they really don't have a conversation about it when they really should have a conversation about it.It's not spoken about like it needs to be. Everybody knows that there's anxiety and depression within the.The society and culture, but everybody's afraid to, again have a conversation about it. So once you recognize that you. That you had some tools that you were able to use, is that how you got involved in, like, for example, Reiki or.Reiki or spiritual healing from that perspective?

Speaker B

Well, that's how I healed myself, right, with anxiety and depression.I just came back into myself with meditation, and I knew a lot of people in, you know, alternative health, so I was getting a lot of, like, help and treatment from those people as well. I'm doing yoga, you know, exercising, meditation, and just, you know, just using that powerful mindset that, okay, I know what it is now.I can get through it.

Speaker A

Forgive me. I shouldn't have said healed. What I should have said is to manage. You know, I have an autoimmune disease, and I'm not ever going to be healed from it, but I can manage this. We have family members that have depression and they have anxiety, and they manage those symptoms and they. And they do it in a holistic perspective. So my apologies for that. It's something that obviously that you have to manage, but you have to recognize what you have to manage.

Speaker B

Yeah, that's right. And so being diagnosed for me was that recognition. And that's what we need to do every day, is bring our awareness to ourselves, to our body, our mind, our spirit. Okay, what's happening for me today and what do I need in this moment that's Going to help me calm my nervous system down. There is something I'd like to speak here and what you said about mental health being taboo, and I think it's really changing a lot in Australia. I've got kids in high school and I know that there is so much help now. There is so much talk and education about mental health, about anxiety and depression. Like, it's beautiful to see that change because like I said when, you know, 25 years ago, I didn't even know what anxiety was right.Or mental health was. I just thought mental health was like, you know, the lost crazy person that you see on the street. The funny thing is, though.Well, it's not funny, but my father had actually suffered from anxiety and depression his adult life and it was kept a secret. And so that was really taboo. Like it just was not spoken about in our family. And even when I was diagnosed, it still was not spoken about for another, oh, another at least 10 of 15 years. So it was a really, really long time.

Speaker A

Yeah, I agree with that. The same thing happens here. My mother actually was finally diagnosed with depression and anxiety and finally admitted it.She had turned 70 years old before she could do that. And once she recognized it and started getting some help for it and talking to people and understanding it, she realized that she'd been dealing with it for, for decades basically. And. And it just, yeah, it was something she just had to come about. Now, of course, at that time that she did this, where she, she's gone as well quite a ways now. At that time, growing up in the, you know, the 40s, the 50s, 60s, it just something that wasn't spoken about.Everybody knew it was there, but you just didn't speak about it. You know, you talk about healing childhood trauma. You mentioned the kids that you hear talking about your kids and so forth. How do you help with healing childhood trauma and family conditioning? And do you think these are deep rooted experiences affect us all as adults? Do you think that it's a.I mentioned the word before we started, intergenerational trauma. Do you think it's carried forward?

Speaker B

Yeah, absolutely. So some people might know that as, you know, hereditary illness or, you know. But what I have learned with working with energy and mindset is that mostly it is, you know, a conditioned response, you know, that is activated within us.So just from hearing the stories or being like growing up in that environment where someone is vibrating at a certain frequency or they are displaying certain behavior or they're speaking, you know, the certain language, you know, they have certain beliefs, it all affects Us, you know, and that's why we're all so different. It's because we've grown up in different households and different cultures, you know, different religions, possibly, especially in Australia. Right. So many different religions now. Yeah. So all of those things are that social conditioning, that family conditioning that create who we are. And so when we.Coming back to childhood trauma, so we can call these things big trauma or little, little trauma, right. There can be big things that happen to us and they can be small things that happen to us.So, you know, the big things are obviously, like accidents or, you know, real bad abuse that happens. These real shocking things that can happen to us that we can experience trauma. And the little things can be just being told off by your parent. Right.Or your teacher saying something to you and putting you down. So they are some of those little, little T's, those little traumas that we experience in life, but they create who we are as a person. When you're a child, you're so vulnerable to your experiences and the things that people say because that's the age where you're learning how to be in the world. And so what happens in an impactful situation, this is how trauma can affect us.So if there's an impactful situation in your life, something that's deeply, like, I would say, energetically or emotionally impactful for you, so if we take it to your parent telling you off, okay, and you. It's deeply impactful, you feel a lot of shame or guilt around that or maybe fear even. And so, like, you know, hurt. Right. All the emotions come into play when we're in inexperience like that when we're a child. And so what happens in that moment is that you're experiencing a really strong emotional problem. So your body remembers that as a fear response. So that next time something like this happens, your body will go, oh, that's right. I don't want that to happen again. And it will go into protection mode.So the other thing that happens is that we have a thought in that moment, and that thought then creates a belief that we have and that we carry through our lives into our adulthood. And it's just a thought or a belief that a child's mind has created. Right. So it could be, you know, something that a lot of us have is, I'm not worthy, okay? Or I'm not good, or I'm not smart, okay. There are some of the three main beliefs that cause problems for us as adults. So this child's mind has created this belief, and then we carry that through our lives. So that's.

Speaker A

Yeah, I mean, there's some tools and some techniques that we can use. I'm familiar with NLP and hypnotherapy and Reiki. How can those kind of tools like that play into helping us as adults or as children to be able to release some of that anxiety, some of those incidences, so that they don't carry them forward in the ones as adults, we can kind of finally let them go.

Speaker B

Yeah. So when we have those triggers, it's important to recognize what the triggers are.So in that scenario, the trigger might be someone telling you off or someone talking down to you, being condescending, or even someone's tone of voice can set you off and trigger you into feeling some sort of fear response. Right. And of course, the fear response is fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. So we can go into any of those defensive modes. So recognizing the trigger is really important. Right. So then you could go, oh, okay, I need. This is where I'm being emotionally triggered. This is where the problem is. So let's work on that.So I have found, studying the EMPR method, the Emotional Memory Pattern release method, really powerful for helping to release trauma. So what we do is we access the memory, that root cause of the problem, and then we allow that energy or. Right. We're guiding or coaxing that individual to release the energy, and we're talking them through it. Right. So they'll be stuck in thoughts and beliefs that keep them stuck as well.So it's a bit of a blend of, you know, the cognitive work of talking them through, like what they're stuck on, and then having that somatic emotional release, letting go of that energy from their body as well. So we're shifting both the energy and the thought and the belief at the same time.

Speaker A

So basically, I mean, from what I'm understanding from this is that energy has the ability to affect us both emotionally as well as physically. And, you know, it'll affect our mind, our body, and our soul. And that there's ways that we can balance them in order to kind of either rid ourselves of negative energy or. And replace it with positive energy. Correct.

Speaker B

Yeah, yeah. You know that from doing. Yeah, NLP and hypnosis. That's what. That's the work that we do.So I have this really great process that people can use at home that I love to teach people that you can start doing this work on your own. Of course, it's easier when you're with a therapist, but you can do this work on your own. At home. And I really encourage people to do that. And it's called the Artful process. And so it's just an acronym that I came up with. So A stands for awareness. Awareness of what's going on in your body and your mind. And R is for release, to release that energetic charge from the body. And T is for transformation. So transforming, that is negative thoughts from to positive thoughts. And then the full is fulfilling your cup with all those things that make you feel good. All right? So when we bring awareness to our body and our mind, we're using all of our senses. So using our sight, our sound, our feeling, our taste, our smell, and our mind. Because our mind is our brain, is one of our big senses, right? Our logic and our reasoning. So it's like sitting in quiet and stillness and just bringing your gaze inward, closing your eyes and just bringing your awareness to what's happening inside your body, in your energy, in your energy field, and just noticing, using your senses, what is that sensation? What is that pain that I'm feeling? And just really bringing your conscious awareness to that energy, right?Because it is, and it is a practice because we tend to avoid our pain, right? It's natural that we avoid our pain. It's like touching a hot stove. We're not going to do that. That's painful. So when we go to access our pain in our body, we naturally want to avoid it still. Even though we might be going in to look for it and release it, we're still going to resist it and avoid it. So it's. It is a practice. And you can, you can, you know, you can do it. It just takes practice. So bringing your awareness to your pain and just acknowledging it, having a dialogue with it, you know, it's like, what are you doing there? What do you want me to know? You know, are there any, like, what does that energy feel like? What is, you know, the colors or shapes or sounds?Like using all of your senses, what is the thought or belief I'm holding there with that pain as well? And so when we dialogue with our energy, you know, we can ask questions like having a conversation with. With someone. What are you. What are you doing there? What do you want me to know? What do you need? Like, how can I help you? And when we do that, we are. That energy softens a little bit and it releases its grip. Because our energy shows up for a reason. Our emotion, our energy shows up for a reason.Just like a child tugging at your shirt, your energy wants your attention. It's like that internal tugging at Our inside.

Speaker A

Hey, hello. I'm here and we need to.

Speaker B

Yeah, yeah.

Speaker A

How does hypnotherapy play into this?I mentioned you before we started that I'm an investigative hypnotist and my oldest daughter, I don't know when I say my, of course, is my wife and I's oldest daughter. She is a hypnotherapist. She has practiced for quite some time, a number of years. How does, how does hypnotherapy or how can hypnotherapy help somebody to reach though and open that door, that window, so that that tugging at the shirt can be answered.

Speaker B

So hypnotherapy is obviously a really simple yet powerful tool that we can use to access the unconscious mind and have that discussion, have that chat saying, you know, like, I want to change this in my life and I want you to get on board with that. Right. So we've already went, before we go into hypnotherapy, we've already made the decision that we want to change. And this is just a tool to help shift and move that even further and deeper so that your autonomic nervous system or your unconscious mind is going to help you. You. So it's so powerful and it's, you know, it's basically storytelling. It's like the unconscious mind is like our inner child, isn't it?It's just listening, it's just, you know.

Speaker A

Yeah, yeah, it, you know, it's interesting what the mind can bring about when you go through, you know, when you're hypnotized and when you go through hypnotherapy and, or any kind of hypnosis, how it allows you to get a deeper perspective into your mind as the things that are kind of locked away that you can understand how to release. How does Reiki play into this? I know that Reiki is balancing chakras, correct?

Speaker B

Yeah. So it's not always balancing chakras. Yeah, that is a lot of the work that I do. But some Reiki therapists don't do chakra work. They would just do hands on healing. So wherever they feel that the body needs their hands to be. But I do work on the chakras and balance the energies. So it is basically an ancient healing system. And what I love about just brings the person back into a state of relaxation so quickly. You know, it's like being held by a loving parent is what it feels like. Right. And so it allows you really quickly to calm your energy down and just relax on that table or wherever you Are you're being held, you know, by someone's hands. So. And if you trust that person, which, you know, hopefully you do, then you can calm down really quickly and just allow yourself to be held. And when you allow someone to touch you like that, you're being really vulnerable, right? So you're just allowing your energy to really soften.Because we go through life, you know, putting walls up and walls up and walls up, and we come become harder and harder and harder. And so when you allow someone to hold you like that, you're really opening and softening, right. To allow energy to shift and release out of you naturally, which is what happens when we open as opposed to being closed. Right? And so we're releasing, and then you're also allowing yourself to receive. To receive that beautiful healing energy. And so that's the process of Reiki. I call it a releasing and replenishing.

Speaker A

I can attest that it works. I mean, I've gone through Reiki sessions as well as acupuncture and balancing and chakra balancing all of those. And from an individual that has chronic pain and an autoimmune disease myself.

Speaker B

I.

Speaker A

Always look forward to those sessions, actually, because I know that when I come out of it, it's gone. Because life gets complicated, right? You have the bad days, you have good days, and sometimes you just need to go in and relax and refresh and reconnect. And those kind of tools allow us to do that. So I appreciate people like you that can do that. Many people turn to survival mechanisms to avoid, like, addiction or, you know, any one of the unhealthy patterns that they go through. We've all seen them. They have overeating or eating badly for yourself or not following through with exercise or not doing what you're supposed to do to kind of change the patterns that you're within. How can somebody understand how to realize those through some of your modalities. Do you think it'll.Because of what we said, what you were saying earlier about these things that we kind of deep down inside ourselves, how can we first start to recognize that we need to kind of release all that stuff and come to somebody like you?

Speaker B

Yeah.So when I teach people about really basic emotion, the thing that hits me about addiction and I teach people is that sadness or hurt is what causes us to seek comfort. Right? Because sadness has that energy of, I've been hurt, I'm in pain, or I've lost something, something's happened. And so sadness has this real heavy energy, and it seeks rest and comfort, right? And so if we're not getting those needs met, then we naturally turn to those self soothing mechanisms. And if we haven't learned how to self sooth, soothe properly or you know, turn to other people to seek comfort, then we naturally find those self soothing behaviors or addictions like screens, right. Overeating, drugs, alcohol, whatever it might be. Sex.

Speaker A

What role do you think intuition plays in personal transformation? Do we need to listen to our.I wholeheartedly believe that our bodies can yell at us and our hearts can yell at us and our mind can yell at us to say, hey, like you just said, the tugging on the shirt. But within ourselves, what role does intuition play in allowing us to have personal transformation?

Speaker B

Yeah, it's huge, isn't it?Like really connecting deeply back to yourself and turning within so that you're paying attention to those signs and symptoms that are showing up for you. Because they're showing up for you for a reason, aren't they?Like you're saying there's pain, you know, our thoughts, our emotions, our, you know, our behavior, what we're playing out in the world, it's, it just becomes obvious to, to us who have trained in it now. Right. But to people going through it, they're just really confused and they don't understand. So what I do, obviously what you do is like help people to connect back to themselves inside so they start to trust themselves again. And that is at the basis of intuition, isn't it?It's like coming back and really trusting what's going on for you in your body, your mind and your spirit.

Speaker A

I mean I, I got lucky because I being trained as a law enforcement officer, I believe my tuition was heightened and it saved me several times. So I wholeheartedly believe intuition. And then I just had to transfer that to my own well being. Not just on the job, but I had to transfer it to listen to my own body and say like when I told you before about the different drugs that they were putting me on and what they were doing to me, then you know, my intuition was saying these are not good, I need these out of my system, please. Thank you very much. And then I went and found, found the person that helped me to get, you know, go a different pathway in regard to my own personal healing both physically and mentally. Earlier you mentioned something about. I made a note, empr, the Emotional memory pattern release. I'm not that familiar with that. Can you help me understand what.

Speaker B

It's new. Yeah, it's a new modality. My teacher is from Adelaide and she, yeah, she's about 4 or 5 years old, maybe, something like that, but really powerful. So it just works on, you know, like the title suggests, emotion memory pattern release method. So just accessing those emotions, the memories and the patterns, and just seeing the patterns that those emotions and memories have created in our lives. Right. So it's very similar to nlp. It just works at a. At a deeper level than that. So. Yeah, like a blend of.

Speaker A

Linguistic programming, hypnotherapy kind of a thing.

Speaker B

Yeah, yeah, that's right.

Speaker A

Yeah, that makes sense. That makes sense.I just, I've not heard, honestly, I've not heard that before, so I thought I had to ask because it's not something I've even had previous discussions on the show about. And I've talked about Reiki and energy and energy shifting and I mean, you name it, we've talked about it. So, yeah, that's interesting. For listeners who feel stuck or disconnected from themselves, what are. Can you maybe share three actionable steps they can take to begin their healing journey?

Speaker B

Absolutely. So what I suggest is three M's. Meditation, mindset and movement. So is this finding a balance in your life?So meditation helps to focus and calm our mind so we can start taking back control of our mind and our feelings and our energy by training our mind, our brain, which is really powerful thing to do. It's been my number one tool in my life that's helped me get through many things. And it's also.So what it does is number one, it helps to like train our mind, right. So that we're not falling into our thoughts and our feelings. We become the observer. And also. So that's one part of meditation. The other part, it allows us to connect really deeply to our spirit, which is, you know, really beautiful and fun part of meditation as well. Like, you know, it's a journey to go inwards. Right. Life is. Is not just all about the external world and what's going on.There is a whole other world going on in here. And it. And it's really exciting and fascinating and I love it. This can be so beautiful. So much to explore out there in the world, in, in our inner world.

Speaker A

I, I agree with that. And I, you know, meditation, if I, if I just interject real quickly. I love meditation.Meditation has helped me through my pain, helped me through my surgeries. Meditation has helped me on a daily basis. My wife and I practice it. Our kids practice it.It's one of those things that, you know, even if you meditate, if you're having a rough day, you know, Even if you meditate, take the moment, breathe, like you just said, kind of enjoy your inner self for a minute or two, you know, it will actually refresh you, you know, once you. Once you get to a point where you can just take your time, breathe, meditate for two or three minutes, relax. Yeah, it does wonders for me. I love it.

Speaker B

Yeah, it's amazing, isn't it? It's so simple and so powerful. So I love that. You know, even primary schools are bringing in meditation now. Like, it's just so beautiful to see.

Speaker A

New instead of. It's just it. I think that it, it brings us closer as a family together. You can't see my hands moving around. Sorry, I. It's the Italian.I keep talking and swinging around everywhere. See, if you spoke Italian, you. You wouldn't be able to understand me because my hands weren't up here. How does energy play a role in emotional healing? And I know that it can impact us emotionally as well as physically, but it can also impact us emotionally. How can we recognize that the.We have negative energy that we need to have removed?

Speaker B

Yeah. So again, it comes back to our senses in the body. And recognizing what's going on in our body, I always bring it back to the body first rather than the thoughts.Because sometimes, you know, thinking ourselves through a situation, especially if we've got anxiety, we've been trying that way and it just hasn't helped. So sometimes we can't think our way out of a situation. We need to come back to the. The wisdom of our body and what our body is telling us.So listening to those signs and symptoms, becoming aware of what that energy is that you're feeling, even if it's just, you know, oh, I'm feeling heavy today. Right. Or I'm feeling flat or I'm. Or I'm in pain.Like, just recognizing those basic things, you know, there's more subtle, like, energies that you can notice and more words that you can use to describe your energy. But even those things, right, like heavy, flat or painful. Right.Just noticing when you're feeling like that and then, yeah, allowing yourself some time to really sit with that energy. And, you know, like you said, use your intuition.Use that, you know, that innate wisdom that we have inside of us and listening, really listening to what our body is telling us because there's something more going on than just pain or just heaviness or just flatness. Like there is something in our lives that's causing us to feel that pain or that heaviness.

Speaker A

Yeah, I love, I love that wisdom. With our wisdom our body gives us. That's. I like that. That's a. I'm gonna, I'm gonna put that a sticker on my computer. So I keep looking at that wisdom in my body.

Speaker B

It's, you know, our bodies are so ancient and that what a magnificent, like what a magnificent complex creature we are, you know, like it has so much more wisdom than we give it credit for and we, we tend to look outward for our answers, you know, like to the Internet, to like our teachers, to our parents, you know, our friends. And we put all of our faith in the outside world rather than on our internal world. But there is so much wisdom in this body. It is magnificent.

Speaker A

Yeah, I agree with that. Thank you for that. Thank you for that. Um, I know that you've got.For the people to come on their own spiritual journeys or to get healing and, and with Ricky and with many other things and a couple of free things can tell everybody how they can reach you and what you have to offer, please.

Speaker B

Yeah, absolutely. So you can reach me on my website, Tony's healingroom.com. that is the best place that has all the information and all the free offerings. So, yeah, I have an emotional freedom workshop that I run every few weeks and that is a really coming back to basics workshop about emotions. So you know, learning about emotions for the first time and what like I've been saying about why that energy is showing up for you and what emotions actually do for us, you know, anger, fear, sadness. So just go into a bit of.Bit more explanation about that emotion, that energy and how it shows up and how it affects us, us at how we can really start to listen to that wisdom and yeah, have take action from those places and then I take people through a bit of a process so they can start to work with their energy and their body and release that energetic charge and transform those negative thoughts themselves. So that's what we do in that workshop. So it's really powerful. Yes, it's free. You're welcome to join.So it's normally around 6 or 7pm Adelaide time, which is Australian Central Standard Time. So for you guys it would be the day before in the late afternoon. So I think.

Speaker A

Yeah, it's. Thank you. Yeah. We rely on our intuition more than. More than what we tell everybody because it's our secret weapon. We'll call it our secret weapon.Batman's got the. Got his little tool belt. That's our tool belt.
